Can I customize product specs?
Yes. CubeMars often carries or is able to make customizations not listed on the website. Pendulum Robotics works closely with them to communicate and deliver on these requests for our customers.
Where are your products manufactured?
CubeMars actuators are designed and manufactured in China by CubeMars, one of the leading producers of high-performance robotic actuators. Pendulum Robotics imports them directly to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, where we stock, quality-check, and ship all orders. You're buying the same actuators used by robotics labs and engineers worldwide, just without the international shipping headache.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do I have to pay tariffs or other fees?
No. When you order from Pendulum Robotics, all import duties and tariffs are already paid. there are no surprise fees at delivery. If you were to order the same actuator directly from China, you'd typically pay the manufacturer's price plus a 45% US import tariff plus ~$40 in customs clearance fee.
I don't see the product I need. Can I request it?
Yes! We're constantly expanding our catalog. If it's a CubeMars product we don't currently stock, we can typically get it for you within a week. For large quantity orders or custom configurations, email us directly at sales@pendulumrobotics.com.
I need an actuator NOW. Can I get it same-day or overnight?
