Shipping policy
All orders ship from our California warehouse. We are a US-based inventory holder — not a drop shipper. Your order is picked, packed, and handed to the carrier from our physical facility.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous 48 States)
Free 2-day shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states via UPS or FedEx. No minimum order required.

Orders placed before 3pm PST on business days (Monday–Friday) ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. For international orders, contact sales@pendulumrobotics.com for a custom shipping quote. We will advise on import requirements and customs procedures for your country. Transit time varies by destination.
All Tariffs Included
All prices on our site include US import duties. There are no customs fees added at delivery. This is a key difference from ordering directly from CubeMars or from resellers who import on demand: you pay what you see, and it arrives without friction.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS and FedEx for all domestic orders. Carrier selection depends on destination and package size. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@pendulumrobotics.com or call (669) 232-3475 immediately. We will work with the carrier and manufacturer to process an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping Liability
While we use reliable carriers and pack all orders carefully, Pendulum Robotics is not liable for packages that arrive later than the estimated delivery date due to carrier delays or force majeure events.
